Coach-Client Agreement

This agreement is between Di Foster,  referred to as "Coach," and [Client's Name], referred to as "Client," for coaching services effective [Start Date].

Services Provided:

  1. The Coach agrees to provide coaching services as described in the product description ordered. 

Client Responsibilities:

  1. The Client agrees to provide at least 12 hours before canceling any appointments. 

  2. The Client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for professional advice or treatment.

  3. The Client is responsible for their own decisions and results.

Confidentiality:

  1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared in coaching sessions, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Session Scheduling and Cancellations:

  1. Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance at mutually convenient times.

  2. The Client agrees to provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellations. Missed sessions without 12 hrs notice may be charged at normal rate.

Payment Terms:

  1. The fee for coaching services is as detailed in product fees at ordering.

  2. Payment is due at time of ordering.

  3. Payments are non-refundable once coaching services have been provided.

Termination:

  1. Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days notice.

  2. In case of termination, the Client is responsible for payment for any services provided up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. The Coach's liability is limited to the amount paid for coaching services.

Governing Law:

  1. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
